    I am careful about leaving digital footprints and bad reviews for companies, but this one deserves it. I have had it with this company. Last summer we bought a Weber grill, it was delivered not set up completely and incorrectly. OK, I had bought stuff from them a few years ago and their service was bad, but I figure try them again. I was told I could bring the Grill and they would fix the problems. I didn't, I fixed it myself, so now we fast forward to today. Our Dryer quit working, it was 11 years old, time for a new one. My wife reminded me of the problems we had in the past with these people but I convinced her let's give them one more shot. What a fatal mistake. We bought the dryer last week, it was set to be delivered AM on Tuesday Dec 12, my wife takes the morning off, I get a text the day before that says it will be delivered 3:15- 5:15, odd, I thought but I can make that work, then on Monday evening I get another call that they will be there from 11-1, now I have to change my entire schedule to satisfy them, or get charged $75.00 for canceling a delivery. So...they brought the dryer, took my old one, hooked up the new one, did not work, nothing nada. I talked to "Customer Service "Delivery" and was told the next available would be Thursday, not same day, not next day Thursdays...I have to take more time off to accommodate them. I refused, I wanted it fixed today, they refused so then I said wanted Saturday, I was told they could not do Saturday but she would check with the "manager" I told her to have him call me and I would talk to him. he called me back and agreed to deliver it Saturday, why am I still upset? We don't have a dryer, they took our old one that still blew air, not just hot, but it was better than nothing. They should have resolved the problem that day, but the reason I found out Thursday was the next available day is that is when they schedule to be in the "area". It should not matter...they should have fixed the problem on Tuesday the day we jumped around to accommodate them, and now it is Saturday. I need a new refrigerator, you can darn well bet I will not buy it from this company. Now I remember all the problems I have had in the past buying a stove, a refrigerator, a dryer a grill the past few years, why would I subject my self to their horrible customer service again. I won't. This will be my last purchase and I wish I could cancel it and buy it somewhere else, but it will take another 7-10 days to get it delivered.
