  I was walking around and I saw an employee who was a young girl and a manager who was a male arguing about something but they were laughing. You could feel the tension not hate tension 3 isles away. and as I passed they asked me if I needed help and told me to have a nice day. I’m giving this rate to see that it’s a good work environment and the staff are friendly and are aware that customers are around and need help. I don’t think they deserve a 5 star rating because the pharmacists are rude

  If I can tak stars away I would! The pharmacist was extremely rude along with the staff member assisting. My son is having a hard time breathing and needed a nebulizer. My doctor called and said rush over because they’re the only ones that have a machine this late. I rushed over with 10 minutes left and they tried to refuse to help. The employee made rude comments “Insurance may not cover this, can you pay 62.00 for this?” WTH?! Couldn’t believe it! At the end of the day, I had to pay for everything out of pocket and will need to go back to have them run it through insurance. How inconvenient and im just in shock w the service.

  Horrible Customer Service. I went in to pick up my prescriptions and the lady was eating in front of me and then when I told her I was going to pick up one of my prescriptions on Friday, she raised her voice at me and said ‘I’m doing it” when I told her which prescription. Not only that but when I had a coupon for her to enter into the system, she didn’t know what I was talking about and had the pharmacist come over. He snatched the prescriptions out of her hand and then took my phone in the back with him. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had such rude customer service here but this time was the last straw. I will be taking my business elsewhere as this kind of service is completely unacceptable.
